Casco Viejo / Casco Antiguo (ambiguous: Bilbao, Spain and Panama City, Panama referenced)

The supplied sources identify 'Casco Viejo' (also called Las Siete Calles or Old Town) as the medieval neighbourhood and former walled section of Bilbao, Spain, notable as the historic core of the city and extant as a neighbourhood after the 19th century. Separately, one supplied archival source (an Aspen Action Pledge) references Casco Viejo in Panama City in the context of a 2014 social pledge about reintegrating gangs, indicating that a neighbourhood called Casco Viejo in Panama City was an active urban area with social concerns. None of the provided materials include construction dates, detailed local history for Panama City's Casco Viejo, eyewitness testimony, folklore accounts, police or investigative reports, or any descriptions of paranormal phenomena for Casco Viejo in Panama City. Because the supplied sources predominantly document Bilbao's Casco Viejo while only one mentions Panama City's Casco Viejo, there is ambiguity about which city's 'Casco Viejo' the user intended and a lack of any corroborated paranormal information for Panama City's Casco Antiguo in the provided material.
