Windsor Plantation

The available sources identify Windsor Plantation as a historic house located on Russell Creek on Edisto Island, South Carolina. The entries in the supplied Wikipedia and Wikidata excerpts provide only basic locational and classification information and do not include construction dates, ownership history, incidents, or details about the building's condition. No paranormal phenomena, apparitions, named spirits, witness accounts, or local ghost-story traditions are present in the provided material. Additionally, although the research target requested information about an alleged Windsor Plantation in Jamaica described as abandoned ruins with ghost stories, none of the supplied sources support the existence of a Windsor Plantation in Jamaica or any association with hauntings. The archival documents included in the source list (journal and other archives) do not contain relevant content about Windsor Plantation in the provided excerpts. Because the supplied documentation is limited to identification and classification of the site in South Carolina, further historical, folkloric, or paranormal claims cannot be substantiated from these sources. Recommended next steps for researchers seeking Jamaican connections or reported hauntings include consulting Jamaican land and estate records, local folklore archives, and oral-history projects.
