Uruaokapuarangi

According to Māori tradition, Uruaokapuarangi was used during the migrations that settled the South Island.

There is no physical description of Uruaokapuarangi as a supernatural entity. It is described as a great ocean-going canoe used for voyaging.

As a canoe, Uruaokapuarangi did not have any supernatural abilities or behaviors beyond its capacity to transport people and goods across the sea.
