Glenn Talbot

Created for American superhero comic-book narratives, Glenn Talbot first appeared in Tales to Astonish #61 (November 1964) as a Major assigned to military duties connected to the Hulk. He functions in-universe as a career military officer aligned with General Thaddeus 'Thunderbolt' Ross and Gamma Base personnel. Across decades of publication and adaptation he is promoted through ranks (Major, later Colonel; adapted portrayals sometimes give him higher ranks) and recurs in storylines involving investigations of Bruce Banner, operations to capture or kill the Hulk, and later plotlines in which a Life Model Decoy (LMD) in his likeness is used by antagonists such as the Intelligencia.

Sources describe Talbot primarily by role and rank rather than fixed physical detail: he is depicted as a uniformed military officer (Major, later Colonel, and in some adaptations higher ranks) and typically appears in military dress and related gear appropriate to his command positions at Gamma Base and other governmental settings.
