Idliragijenget

Sources describe Idliragijenget as the mistress or ruler of one of the countries of the dead in Adlivun (the land beneath us). The dead are said to be seized by Anguta and carried thither, where Idliragijenget presides; in some accounts the sea-mistress Sedna is said to have become mistress of that country and when invoked in that role is given the name Idliragijenget. The texts further relate that she and her father, Savirqong, were apotheosized and occupy opposite sides of a large house in the underworld.
